Robert L. Grant
President & Chief Executive Officer
Robert L. Grant serves as President & CEO of The Grant Group. He is a former Federal Human Resources (HR) Director with over 36 years of federal sector experience. Mr. Grant has represented Management before the Merit Systems Protection Board on misconduct cases, the Federal Labor Relations Authority on Management's position with labor disputes, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of the agency at formal hearings, and served as Technical Advisor to the Department of Veteran's Affairs Title 38 Disciplinary Appeal Boards. As a consultant he has partnered nationally with over 40 federal agencies, as well as the Federal Dispute Resolution (FDR) Conferences, Inc., Federal Executive Boards of Baltimore, Chicago, Los Angeles, Oklahoma City, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh, Federal Personnel Management Institute (FPMI), LRP Publications, and the USDA Graduate School in the development and delivery of HR related training for managers, supervisors, and employees at all levels. His extensive management knowledge of Human Capital and ability to effectively interact with national audiences makes him highly recruited from a growing list of Federal agencies. Mr. Grant is a decorated service-connected Navy combat veteran with two tours of duty in the Republic of Vietnam. He received his bachelor's degree from The Evergreen State College, Olympia, Washington.
