Moving from Good to Great!
This half-day program will provide non-supervisory participants with The Building Blocks necessary to move from Good to Great. A focus will be on the personal development of employees to the ultimate benefit of the customers served. Coverage will include Leveraging Your Experience to Improve Opportunities for Promotion, Preparing for the Performance Based Interview, Discussion on the Foundation of Patient Centered World Class Customer Service, Describing Key Competencies Found in Outstanding Employees, and providing an Overview of the Management Process should participants aspire to a Leadership Role.
