HAVING THAT DIFFICULT CONVERSATION
This 1-day program will address the importance of timely communication when that difficult conversation about conduct and/or performance becomes necessary. Through case studies and rotating Role Plays participants will improve their communication styles by giving and receiving critical information in typical workplace scenarios - the poor performer, the employee with "attitude", misuse of government resources, the chronic leave abuser, off the job injuries, failing to following instructions, boundary issues with stakeholders, and the late arriving employee.
